At TrueFuel, we are committed to delivering high-quality protein bars safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping and return policy carefully.

1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:

  • Standard Delivery Timeline- 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Delivery Timeline : 1–3 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking:

  • A tracking number will be sent via email once your order is shipped.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently ship to India

  • TrueFuel is not responsible for delays due to incorrect shipping addresses, postal issues, or customs clearance.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

No Refunds:

  • Please note that due to the edible nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.

Returns or Exchanges:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

    • Product received is damaged

    • Incorrect product or wrong flavor sent 

Process for Returns/Exchanges:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the damaged/wrong product, and details about the issue.

  3. Our team will verify and provide instructions for returning the product and receiving a replacement.  

  4. If any refund approved by the company it will take 7 working days to your location 

Replacement Policy:

  • Once your return is verified, TrueFuel will send a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Shipping charges for the replacement will be borne by TrueFuel. 

  • Replacement will be delivered to your location within 7 working days 

Important Notes:

  • Products must be in their original packaging and not consumed for verification purposes.

  • Returns or exchanges outside the specified conditions will not be accepted.
