Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount.

Order Tracking:
A tracking number will be sent via email once your order is shipped.

Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship to selected regions. TrueFuel is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses, postal issues, or customs clearance.

Return & Exchange Policy

No Refunds:
Due to the edible nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.

Returns or Exchanges:
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged
• Incorrect product or wrong flavor delivered

Process for Returns/Exchanges:
To initiate a return or exchange, contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect product, and details of the issue.

Our team will review the request and provide instructions for returning the product and receiving a replacement.

Replacement Policy:
Once the return request is verified, TrueFuel will send a replacement at no additional cost. Shipping charges for the replacement will be borne by TrueFuel.

Important Notes:
Products must be in original packaging and must not be consumed for verification. Returns or exchanges outside the specified conditions will not be accepted.
